Fellowship Distinction Award Qualification
August 21, 2009
It still seems bizarre to have gained my Fellowship Qualification, the highest attainable photography qualification from the Master Photographers Association.
I had initially put an application in for an Associate Qualification, which it passed, though the judges deemed my panel of 20 prints to be at the Fellowship standard and therefore upgraded my panel to that of Fellowship. I was also unaware, yet told at the time that there are currently only 2 other photographers in Scotland that have attained their Fellowship qualification. I’m naturally thrilled and delighted and hope to share some of these images on the galleries once they are next updated. Thanks to all the kind words and comments received since this news was given out, especially from my photographer friends within the industry.
