The Photographer
The photographer, Paul Walker ARPS ABPPA is one of the UK's top pet photographers and author of the forthcoming book title "Pet Photography Now". He has extensive experience of photographing pets and animals with many different temperaments, from rescue dogs through to highly trained dogs at Crufts. His bespoke pet imagery and attitude to pet photography is well regarded, as are his renowned Dr Dolittle "animal wizardry tricks". These have been learned and refined over many years, guaranteeing you will have an amazing set of professional images to treasure for a lifetime.
Animal Photography

Portraits/Location Photography
A Paws Pet Photography session is tailor-made to your requirements, and can combine bespoke studio style portraits in your own home environment through to scenic photo shoots at specific locations. A variety of environments are selected to capture the character and energies of your pet in a completely stress free environment.
Pets and animals undoubtedly feel more relaxed in familiar surroundings or in the open environment and will contribute more of their natural character to the session. Take an animal to a strange place and it's likely to mis-behave or not be in a relaxed frame of mind. Animal psychology plays a key part in the photo shoot and an understanding is fundamental to capturing the animal looking relaxed and how you would typically remember them.
Action/ Event
A limited number of shows are covered each year enabling you to have your animal photographed in action at competitive events, such as dog agility/flyball/obedience or at an equestrian event. We have facilties for on-site viewing and printing so that you can take your competition images away with you on the day.
Stock / Advertising
You may wish to have a set of quality pet/animal images taken for promoting your own animal related business or website, such as your new kennels or cattery. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Disclaimer: the welfare of any pet or animal is of prime importance, for that reason no photographs of animals in fancy dress will be commissioned nor will any services be provided to establishments that do not have animal welfare as a key consideration.
